Stage 2 – Complete an Application Form

If you are happy with the Indicative Costs, we will send a simple Application Form for you to complete, together with details of the additional information required to start the loan application.

Stage 3 – Valuation Instructed

A surveyor will be instructed on receipt of valuation fee – paid by the borrower.

Stage 4 – Approval

After the survey has been received, we will confirm loan terms. Upon receipt of the Commitment Fee, typically £1,500 to cover our legal fees, we will instruct our solicitor to issue a formal loan offer to your solicitor. Funds will be secured for 28 days from the date of this offer, this means you must draw down funds in this time frame.

Stage 5 – Completion

Once our solicitor has received the completed legal pack from your solicitor, funds will be released to your solicitor.
