Loan: £26,001 – £1,000,000 per property

Purpose:
Purchase of Property for Investment Only. E.g. Buy to let – purchase for personal residence will not be considered.

Interest: (ask for a personal illustration)

Term: From 1 day to 12 Months (ask for a personal illustration)

LTV: Max 100% of Purchase Price (Subject to valuation and Underwriting)

Income: No minimum required, but a Remortgage/clear exit must be in place before closed bridging funds will be made available to property investors.

Security: All freehold properties considered, Leaseholds with over 60 years.

Other:
Bridging Funds will only be supplied once we know your exit plan. i.e. how will the funds be repaid?
